SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery from the date your order was placed. An Email Confirmation with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.  

We are able to ship Elevated Tea Co. products to customers across the United States via USPS, except the following States:

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho

  • Iowa

  • Mississippi

  • New Hampshire

  • South Dakota

We do not sell or ship our products internationally.

We make every attempt to deliver your product as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. While most shipments appear to be unaffected currently, please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions due to COVID-19. We ask that you please plan accordingly to ensure that you receive your order when you need it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind our products 100% and hope you enjoy them the same. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and details about the issues you are experiencing with the product. We will quickly respond with a way to make it better.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All sales are final until further notice.
